The NOC Enid Jets (11-4) split a twinbill with Barton County in frigid conditions in Enid Friday afternoon.

Jets 4, Barton 2

Justin Raspanti's two-run 6th inning home run broke a 2-2 tie leading the Jets to a 4-2 win over Barton.

The Jets also scored two runs in the 3rd to take a 2-1 lead before Barton tied the game at 2-2 in the 5th.

Stevie Owings (1-0) earned the win out of the Jets' bullpen in relief of starter Kaleb McCullough.  Owings allowed one earned run in two innnings of work.

Wyatt Sellers earned the save striking out three in a perfect 7th inning.

Barton 5, Jets 4

Barton County scored four runs in the 5th to overcome the Jets 5-4.

Seth Graves homered for the Jets in the 3rd inning, then a Tanner Neely doubled home Dylan Caplinger and EJ Taylor giving the Jets an early 3-1 lead.

After Barton took a 5-3 lead, Brendon Woelfle's 6th inning double brought the Jets to within 5-4 but Barton held on for the win.

Brandon Hudson (0-1) suffered the loss out of the NOC Enid bullpen.  

The Jets out hit Barton 7-3.
