Jets run rule Kansas Wesleyan

The NOC Jets played their final games before Spring Break Thursday routing Kansas Wesleyan 16-5 and 14-3 both by five inning run rule.

In game 1, the Jets trailed 5-3 until the 5th when the Jets scored 13 runs to win 16-5.

Dylan Caplinger finished off Kansas Wesleyan with a grand slam in the 5th.  He had seven runs batted in game 1.  DJ Calvert and Tanner Neely also homored.

In game 2, the Jets scored eight runs in the 4th to beat Kansas Wesleyan 14-3.

Neeley homered for the second straight game, Shane Nixon also homered.

Neely and Nixon both had three runs batted in each.

Evan Kowalski and Kaleb McCullough were the starters for the Jets.

NOC (16-7) plays again next Tuesday, March 26 at Butler.
