The NOC Tonkawa Mavs evened the four game Region series on Sunday beating the Jets 4-2 and 6-0 at David Allen Memorial Ballpark.
The Jets (26-10) fell to 6-2 in Region 2 play while the Mavs (34-9) improved to 5-3.

Shane Nixon homered and doubled but it was not enough as the Jets dropped Game 1 4-2.
Alec Buonasera added two hits and one run batted in for the Jets. Raspanti added a run batted in.
Jarrett Sweeney (5-1) allowed two earned runs on six hits.
NOC Tonkawa 6, Jets 0
The Jets managed two hits in Game 2, losing 6-0.
Buonasera and Matthew Henderson had singes for the Jets.
Brandon Hudson started for the Jets with relief help from Lucas DeGarmo, Stevie Owings, Wyatt Sellers, Koy Priddy, and Conner Priest.
The Jets won the first two games of the Region 2 series last Wednesday over the Mavs.
