EL RENO, Oklahoma -- The NOC Enid Jets swept Redlands 6-3 and 16-2 in Region 2 games in El Reno on Friday.

NOC (31-12) improved to 10-4 in Region 2 and are in 2nd place behind Western.

Jets 6, Redlands 3

Alec Buonasera had two hits and three runs batted in leading the Jets to a 6-3 win over Redlands in Game 1.

Brendon Woelfle had three hits and one run batted in while EJ Taylor had two hits, two runs batted in and two stolen bases.

Kaleb McCullough and Stevie Owings combined on the mound for the Jets.  McCullough (8-0) allowed two earned runs in 3.2 inning while Owings allowed just one earned run over 3.1 innings to earn his first save.

Jets 16, Redlands 2

The Jets scored 11 runs over the final two innings to run rule Redlands 16-2 in eight innings.

EJ Taylor and DJ Calvert each homered twice as the Jets pounded out 17 hits, eight for extra bases.

Calvert and Tanner Neely had three hits each, Calvert had five runs batted in for the Jets.  Taylor had four runs batted in while Buonasera had two hits.

Evan Kowalski (6-2) struck out 10 Redlands hitters allowing two runs on three hits.
