DJ Calvert hit a walk-off home run in the 9th inning to lead NOC Enid to a sweep of Redlands Saturday afternoon in Enid.
The Jets won the night cap 8-7 after winning the first game 9-5.
The Jets (33-12) are 12-4 in Region 2 play. NOC Enid is in second place, two games behind Western. The Jets open a four game series against Western with a doubleheader May1 in Altus and then host Western for two games May 3 in Enid.
Jets 9, Redlands 5
EJ Taylor homered and doubled driving home five runs to power NOC Enid past Redlands 9-5.
Taylor had three hits while Brendon Woelfle and DJ Calvert had two hits each. Woelfle and Dylan Caplinger had two runs batted in each.
Jarrett Sweeney (6-2) earned the win on the mound allowing three earned runs on four hits.
Jets 8, Redlands 7
Calvert's heroics won Saturdays second game but Tanner Neely also had a big day with two home runs and a double driving home four runs.
Taylor joined Calvert with two hits for the Jets.
The Jets trailed 5-3 before exploding with four runs in the 7th to take a 7-5 lead.
Wyatt Sellers (2-0) earned the win in relief allowing one run on four hits. Conner Priest was the Jets' starter allowing two earned runs in six innings.
