The NOC Enid Jets pounded North Iowa Area Community College and then lost to Crowder Sunday at David Allen Memorial Ballpark.
The Jets (7-10) beat NIACC 11-4 and lost to Crowder 5-1.
Against NIACC, the Jets broke open a 6-4 game with five runs in the 6th to win going away.
Connor Thazton had three hits including a double, two runs batted in, and two runs scored. Alec Buonasera, Matt Henderson, and Cale Savage had two runs batted in each.
Evan Kowalski allowed two earned runs over four innings. He had bullpen help from Trent Ritter who went the final three innings.
In Game 2, the Jets were limited to one run on three hits against Crowder.
Ambren Voitik had two singles while Savage added a single. Shane Nixon had the lone Jet run batted in.
Brandon Hudson allowed two earned runs in 3.2 innnings for the Jets.
