Jets lose series finale to Western

NOC Enid fell to Western 9-4 on Monday in the series finale at David Allen Memorial Ballpark.

The Jets trailed 7-0 before rallying with four runs in the 6th only to lose 9-4.

Jesse Ponce had two hits for the Jets including a double while Miles Lock had a solo home run for the Jets.

Ponce, Lock, Cale Wetwiska, and Owen Tracy drove in runs for the Jets.

Wetwiska started for the Jets with relief help from Logan Wade, Julio Heredia, and Blake Limberg.

The Jets (33-19) are 17-10 in conferece, two games behind league leading Western.  The Jets are at NOC Tonkawa Friday for two games starting at 1 p.m.  They hold a one game lead over the Mavs for second place with three games to play.
