NOC Enid has named Kennan Ballance the Student Athlete of the Week for Dec. 11.

  Balance is a freshman from Sapulpa.

  For the week, Ballance averaged 13 points and 6 rebounds.  He also shot 67 percent from the field.

   "Kennan has a high IQ and knows how to play the game the right way," said head coach Greg Shamburg.
