WILBURTON, Oklahoma --  Kennan Ballance's 39 points led NOC Enid to a 103-99 win over Eastern Thursday night.

Ballance, a freshman guard from Sapulpa, was 16 of 24 from the field and 2 of 7 from 3-point land.  He also added four assists.

Romio Harvey added 14 and Lance Ramey 12 for the Jets, now 12-9 and 6-6 in conference play.

Tony Hall added eight assists for the Jets who scored over 50 points in each half (51 in first and 52 in the second).

The Jets shot 64 percent from the floor and 43 percent from the 3-point line.

Harvey, Bryshon Bryant and Romio Harvey had six rebounds each.
