POTEAU, Oklahoma --  The NOC Enid Jets dropped two games at Carl Albert Friday afternoon, the first a 1-0 loss in eight innnings, the second game 8-4.

NOC (12-20) fell to 3-11 in Regon 2 play.

Carl Albert 1, Jets 0 (8 innings)

The Vikings scored the only run of the game on an 8th inning single beating the Jets 1-0.

Lindsi Spring (5-10) was the hard luck loser in the circle allowing one unearned run on five hits.  She struck out seven and walked two.

Malorie Wilburn had two hits for the Jets while Megan Lee and Courtlyn Head had one hit each.

Carl Albert 8, Jets 4

The Jets fell behind Carl Albert 6-0 and rallied with three runs over the final two innings but fell 8-4.

Megan Lee had three hits including two doubles.  Kelsey Gammage and Lauren Ball had two hits each.  Lee, Hannah Kvasnicka, Lauren Ball, and Maddy Pitts each had runs batted in for the Jets.

Victoria Vasquez allowed three earned runs over 5.1 innings.
