Kammi Gruber and Andi Pierce combined for 38 points in an 85-56 Lady Jets win over Connors Wednesday at OBU in the Region 2 quarterfinals.

NOC Enid (26-5) will play Seminole Friday at 3 p.m.

Taylor Sylvester added 12 points and McKenna Pulley 11.

The Lady Jets shot the ball well Wednesday night, 50 percent for the game and 46 percent from 3-point range.

"We shot the ball well," said head coach Scott Morris.  "We were able to get the ball inside, establish our inside game and then find our shooters."

Morris was most pleased with the focus of his team.

"We beat Connors twice during the year but they were competitive games, Morris said.  "Our players kept their focus tonight against a quality opponent.  That shows some maturity on their part."

Gruber was hot the first half with five 3-pointers and 18 points helping NOC to a 46-33 halftime lead.

Pierce had eight points in the third quarter to maintain the lead at 60-47 heading to the fourth.

NOC then put Connors away with a 15-2 run winning 85-56.
