SHAWNEE, Oklahoma --  The third time wasn't a charm for the NOC Lady Jets as they lost to NEO for the third time this year, this time in them Region 2 Semi-finals 76-55.

The loss ended the Lady Jets season at 27-6.  NEO (27-4) advanced to the NJCAA National Tournament in Lubbock, Texas.

Andi Pierce led the Lady Jets with 20 points and seven rebounds.  Taylor Sylvester added eight points and four rebounds for the Lady Jets.

NEO shot 51 percent from the floor while the Lady Jets shot 33 percent and 22 percent from 3-point range.

Sophomores Kammi Gruber, McKenna Pulley, Andi Pierce and Taylor Sylvester played their final games for the Lady Jets.

"What I have enjoyed about this sophomore group was three of our sophomores were role players last year and to see them step up and lead this team was a great thing to see," said head coach Scott Morris.  "I couldn't ask any more out of this group of players."
