Maximus McCready is entering his first year as a Jet assistant coach. His primary focus will be on pitching development. Previously, he was a standout pitcher at Ecclesia College, serving as a 2023 Team Captain and weekend starter on the Royal’s pitching staff. During his senior campaign, McCready led his team in ERA, wins, complete games, and shutouts. Additionally, McCready spent time with Five Tool Texas and Big Fire Showcases as a Field Director and Videographer. Maximus has also served as an assistant coach for the OffSpeed Athletics travel ball program. McCready completed his B.S. in Sports Management with a minor in Biblical Studies from Ecclesia College. He plans to further his education and earn a master’s degree while coaching with the Jets.
