NOC Enid pitcher Lucas DeGarmo recently signed with Washburn College.

DeGarmo is from Castle Rock, Colorado.

"Lucas was another left hander that was quality for us and threw big innings in his two years here," said coach Scott Mansfield.  "He will continue to grow and help Washburn achieve success."

DeGarmo was part of a sophomore class that coach Mansfield will always remember.

"This group is going to be remembered as part of the best two-year recruiting classes we've seen in Enid because they were able to achieve heights that we only hope to return to," he said.  "These guys were successful on the field and will continue to be successful there but they will also continue to be success in the classroom and more importantly, life. Appreciate their contribution to this program and myself and wish them the absolute best and wish them unbelievable success moving forward. Love everyone of these young men."
