Jets split at UA Rich Mountain

MENA, Arkansas --  NOC Enid split a pair of games at UA Rich Mountain Sunday winning the first game 11-10 and dropping the night cap 11-7.

The Jets (12-11) won three of four in the opening conference series for 2023.

In Game 1, Brayden Bock and Owen Tracy homered driving home two runs each in the 11-10 win.

Holden Yoder also drove in two runs for the Jets.

Andrew Bowman earned the win from the Jets' bullpen, Jesse Slimp earned the save with a scoreless seventh.

In Game 2, Bock and Tracy homered again, Mason Poppen added a solo shot in an 11-7 loss to the Bucks.

Bock had three hits while Poppen added two for NOC Enid.

Gunner Phillips suffered the loss from the Jets' bullpen.

NOC Enid hosts South Arkansas in doubleheaders Friday and Saturday at David Allen Memorial Ballpark.
