
TONKAWA, Oklahoma -- NOC Enid their second 3-2 decision to NOC Tonkawa Monday in Game 2 of a doubleheader Monday.
The Jets (29-10) fell to 4-4 in league while NOC Tonkawa (37-4) improved to 9-3.
The Jets trailed 2-0 after two innings but tied the game at 2-2 in the fourth when Jhett Creel walked and Noah Smith singled with no out. Cale Wetwiska then singled scoring Creel and the Jets trailed 2-1.
Smith then scored on a Brody Rutledge ground out to tie the game at 2-2.
NOC Tonkawa then pushed ahead the go-ahead run in the fifth to take a 3-2 win.
Wyatt Rutledge worked four innnings allowing three runs while Zack Graham worked the final two innings allowing one base runner.
The Jets are at Redlands on April 11 at 1 p.m./3 p.m.
