NOC Enid Jets' Ikenna Okeke is a returning starter for the 2020-21 Jets program.

Okeke is a sophomore guard from Bolingbrook, Illinois.

Why did you choose NOC?  NOC was the best fit for me to stay focused.

What is your major and what are your career goals?  General Studies - My career goals are to start my own company and also be a coach.

What are the challenges in balancing academics and athletics?  The challenging part is to use time wisely.

What life experiences have helped you in college athletics?  You cannot sit around and expect things to happen.

What is different about college and high school athletics?  College athletics is a lot more detailed.

What advice would you give high school athletics in choosing a college or university?  Go to a school where you can grow and focus.

What do you do in your spare time?  I go to the gym.
