TONKAWA, Oklahoma --  The NOC Enid Jets gave #3 Kilgore a scare Saturday afternoon losing 85-78 in the Tonkawa Classic.

The Jets (4-3) were led by Jordan Thompson with 20 points while Chris Wiseman added 17 and Ryan Kelly 14 from the Jets' bench.

Daylon Andrews also reached double figures with 14.

Jaylon Jackson-Curvey had nine rebounds while Andrews had four assists and five steals.

The Jets led 35-34 at half but Kilgore went on a 13-3 run to take a 47-36 lead early in the second half.

NOC Enid chipped away and cut the lead to 72-69 before Kilgore went on a run to put the game away.

The Jets open league play Thursday night hosting Redlands at 7:30 p.m. in the Mabee Center.
