WILBURTON, Kansas -- The NOC Enid Jets shot a blistering 56% from the floor in a 98-79 win at Eastern Monday night.

The Jets (16-5) improved to 6-1 in conference play while Eastern (8-10) fell to 2-5 in conference.

"We came out and shot the ball well the first half," said coach Chris Gerber.  "We were sharing the ball and everyone was knocking down the open looks.  I was very pleased with way we responded from our loss last week.  All road conference wins are tough and it was great to get one.  We have a lot of work to do but we found out a lot about our team."

Starting guards Jordan Thompson, Daylon Andrews, and Raul Nunez combined for 50 points and 21 assists for the Jets.

Keivon Hudson and Chris Wiseman also reached double figures with 13 and 10 respectively.  Hudson added eight rebounds while Wiseman had seven.

The Jets scored 56 points in the first half building a 56-37 lead and were never threatened.  The Jets shot 46% from 3-point range.
