Chance Blackdeer is in his first year as an assistant coach for the NOC Enid Jets.

He served as UNLV's Head Manager for four seasons.  He worked closely with the Director of Operations, in charge of film breakdown for player and team use.  He was then promoted to Graduate Assistant for two seasons tasked with player development, scouting reports, and recruiting. 

Blackdeer earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services annd then a Master's Degree in Professional Sports Management.
