Soccer Begins New Chapter in 2023

Soccer Begins New Chapter in 2023

Northern soccer will begin a new chapter in 2023.  The Board of Regents voted to move the soccer program from the Tonkawa campus to the Enid campus.  The Northern Jets will play their home games at the recently completed multimillion dollar Advance Soccer Complex.  The Jets now have access to one of the finest soccer facilities in the midwest.  Home games will be played on the championship turf field.  The Jets can train on the championship field, any of the six lighted grass fields, or the indoor facility.

"We are extremely excited about the move.  We are also thankful to the city of Enid and all of the amazing donors that have made this possible.  We now have the best soccer facility in the region and one of the best in the NJCAA." Coach DuRoy

DuRoy continued, "The response from recruits has been outstanding.  We picked up a few new players for our 2023 class in the last few weeks, but we will see the most benefits in the 2024 class.  Recruits are excited about the opportunities that the city of Enid, the NOC-Enid campus, and the Advance Soccer Complex can provide them."
