4-Hit Day For Monahwee As NOC Skirts Past Dodge City

Kyia Monahwee would not be denied at the plate on Tuesday, picking up four hits and leading the Lady Jets to a 11-3 win over Dodge City Community College. Monahwee singled in the first, singled in the second, homered in the fourth, and singled in the fifth. The Lady Jets grabbed an early lead and scored on a double by Lexi Vargas, a double by Courtney Vaughn, and a single by Marrissa Gibson in the first inning. The Lady Jets scored four runs in the fifth inning.
