Anna Hester hit a three run homer and Alexis Enslinger had four hits in a 6-4 NOC Enid win over Barton (KS) on Saturday at Failing Field.

Barton won the second game 8-0.

In Game 1, the Jets broke open a 2-2 tie with four runs in the fifth.  Hester's three run blast to center scored Brook Fleming and Riah Smith giving the Jets a 6-2 lead.  Enslinger scored earlier in the inning on a Camryn Alexander ground out.

Alexander drove home Enslinger and Smith on a two-run single in the first giving NOC an early lead.

Ally Bartley added two hits for the Jets.

Ashleigh McCause (1-0) was the winner in relief of Kylee Mcdaniel.  She allowed two unearned runs and three hits over 3.2 innings.

In Game 2, Barton scored four runs in the first and cruised to an 8-0 win.

The Jets had two hits, singles by Hester and Ariana Potter.

Molly Dolan (1-1) was the starter for the Jets.

The Jets (5-5) are at Oklahoma Wesleyan JV on Monday at 1 p.m.
