In Game 1, the Jets broke open a 4-4 tie with five runs in the 6th to beat Western Nebraska 9-5.

With the game tied at 4-4, Taryn Rhodes reached on an error scoring Sidney Redmon with two outs.  Adie White, and Sierra Woods also reached before Lakelynn Thompson who crushed a grand slam to left giving the Jets a 9-4 lead.

Woods had three hits for the Jets while Tylie Ligons, Redmon, and Thompson who had two hits each.

Aubrey Williams started for the Jets allowing three runs, Audra Henderson worked the final two innings earning the win in relief.

In Game 2, the Jets built an 8-0 lead and coasted to a 10-3 win.

Jaidyn Burrell had three hits while Thompson and Sidney Redmon had two each.

Yaya Pellett homered for the Jets while NOC ran wild on the bases with 11 stolen bases.  Redmond led with four while Rhodes added three.

Karis Stewart went the distance allowing three runs on six hits.

The Jets (10-14) host Rose State Thursday in the first conference doubleheader of the spring.
