PIEDMONT, Oklahoma --  NOC Enid advanced in the NJCAA Region 2 Tournament Thursday eliminating NOC Tonkawa 7-2.

The Jets jumped on the Mavs with a five spot in the 1st inning and were never headed in Thursday's elimination game.

Lakelynn Thompson starred at the plate and in the circle with three hits and two runs batted in as a hitter.  In the circle, she allowed one earned run on five hits.

Adie White added and Emily Gregory added two hits each for the Jets.  

NOC Enid out hit the Mavs 11-6.

The Jets (17-35) face the Seminole-Rose State loser at 11 a.m. Friday.
