PIEDMONT, Oklahoma --  The NOC Enid Jets ended the 2024 softball season Friday in the Region 2 Tournament at Piedmont to Rose State 4-3 in 9 innings.

NOC led 1-0 early on a Taryn Rhodes sacrifice fly that scored Tylie Ligons.

After Rose tied that game at 1-1, the Jets took a 2-1 lead in the 4th when Sidney Redmon's single scored Yaya Pellett.

The Jets then took a 3-1 lead on a solo shot by Adie White in the 5th.

Connors then rallied with two runs in the 6th to tie the game at 3-3.

Connors then pushed he go-ahead run across in the 9th to win 4-3.

Lakelynn Thompson worked a complete game allowing four runs on six hits.

The Jets ended the season with a 17-36 record.
