DENISON, Texas --  Lakelynn Thompson homered in an 8-7 loss to Butler on Saturday in Denison, Texas.

The Jets rallied from 8-4 down to 8-7 but fell just short against the Grizzilies.

Thompson, Cassidi Cook, and Shelbi Pearson had two hits each for the Jets while Cook added two runs batted in.

Giselle Peralta and KK Harjo worked in the circle for the Jets.
