NOC Enid lost a good old fashioned pitching duel 1-0 on Thursday to Connors in the conference opener in Enid.

Connors pushed ahead one run in the fourth and held on for the 1-0 win.  The Jets fell to 5-17 with the loss.

Lakelynn Thompson allowed just one run on four hits striking out 12 Connors hitter.  At the plate Thompson had two doubles.  Hayden Haulcomb had the only other NOC Enid hit.
