ALTUS, Oklahoma --  Freshman Lauren Wade scored 26 points and added 11 rebounds in a 75-68 Lady Jet win over Western in Altus Monday night.

The Lady Jets (15-4) improved to 6-2 in conference play.

Wade was 10 of 11 from the floor for the Lady Jets.

Shelby Black also reached double figures with 13 points while Tonijah Fortune, Euresia Brown, and Madelyn Hankins added nine points each.

After trailing 13-11 after one quarter, the Lady Jets built a 31-27 halftime lead and then a 55-45 lead after three quarters.

NOC shot 38 percent from the field and 70 percent (30-43) from the line.

The Lady Jets travel to Wilburton for a date with Eastern Jan. 30 at 5:30 p.m.
