Lauren Wade led four Lady Jets in double figures in a 71-64 win over Western Thursday night on sophomore night.
NOC Enid (19-8) improved to 10-6 in OCAC play while Western (15-13) dropped to 8-8.
Coach Scott Morris commented on the persistence of the Lady Jets in 2020.
"I'm proud of this team's persistence," he said. "They've handled a lot of adversity this season through injuries and juggling roles while we're searching for out identity. It's a great group of girls who are willing to keep fighting for each other. It's not always pretty but it has definitely bonded this team."
The Jets led 60-57 when they pulled away in the game's final few minutes.
Lauren Wade had a conventional 3-point play and Madelyn Hankin's short jumper gave the Jets a 65-57 lead with 2:40 left.
The Jets then made six free throws down the stretch to ice the 71-64 win.
Wade led the Jets with 17 points while Shelby Black added 14. Tonijah Fortune and Taelor Parker added 10 each.
The Lady Jets will face Seminole March 4 at 8 p.m. in the NJCAA Region 2 post-season tournament.
