SHAWNEE, Oklahoma --  The NOC Enid Lady Jets' quest for a second straight trip to the NJCAA National Tournament ended Saturday in the NJCAA Region 2 Tournament Final to Murray State 86-69.

The Lady Jets' season ended at 21-9.

Shelby Black led the Lady Jets with 25 points while Lauren Wade reached double figures with 10.  Wade added nine rebounds while Tonijah Fortune added had seven assists.

Saturday's game was won on the 3-point line where Murray made 62 percent (20 of 32) from deep.  The Aggies shot 53 percent from the field for the game while the Lady Jets shot 35 percent from the floor and 29 percent from 3-point range.

The Jets jumped out to an early 8-0 lead before Murray State rallied to take a 23-20 lead after one period.

Black had 14 points in the first half, making four 3-pointers.

Murray State made 11 3-pointers in the first half.
