NOC Enid got off to a slow start and lost the conference opener to NEO 54-48 Monday night at the Mabee Center.

The Lady Jets scored just two points in the first quarter and trailed the Lady Norse 13-2.

NOC battled back against the Norse taking a 24-22 lead at half.

NEO then outscored the Lady Jets 17-11 in the third quarter forcing a Lady Jet rally.  NOC could never get over the hump and lost 54-48.

Corky Hall led the Lady Jets with 12 points and Ashlan Light added 10.

The Lady Jets (5-4) are at Eastern Thursday night at 5:30 p.m. for the conference road opener.
