Jets split two games with Iowa Central

The NOC Enid Jets split a pair of games with Iowa Central winning Game 1 4-3 and losing the nightcap 7-0 on Satruday.

In Game 1, the Jets rallied from a 3-1 deficit with two runs in the fifth and one in the sixth to earn the 4-3.

Tanner Holliman had a double and a run scored while Marc Turner had two rbi's for the Jets.  Turner's second rbi came on a hit my pitch scoring Nathan Gutierrez with the go ahead run.

Thomas Kuykendall earned the win from the Jets bullpen with 1.1 innings of relief.  Murphy Gienger earned the save with a scoreless seventh.  Piercen Mcelyea started on the hill for the Jets allowing three runs.

In Game 2, the Jets were shut out 7-0.

Calyn Halvorson and Ben Lawson doubled for NOC as the Jets had four hits.

Dillon Dibrell started for the Jets with relief assistance from Dylon Mallett, Jack Cline, and Maddux Mayberry.
