Calyn Halvorson homered twice and had three runs batted in while Sammy Harris had four hits in an 8-6 win over Butler on Monday at David Allen Memorial Ballpark.

Halvorson's home runs came in the fifth and seventh innings for the Jets, Halvorson and Harris each scored three runs.

Jack Roubik added two rbi's for the Jets.

Maddux Mayberry (1-0) earned the win in relief while Zach Roden earned the save for the Jets.

NOC out hit the Grizzilies 13-10.

The Jets (3-8) host Des Moines Area Community College for doubleheaders Saturday and Sunday at noon.
