NOC Enid is just one win away from an NJCAA Division 2 World Series appearance.

The Jets scored the go ahead run in the 10th on a Tanner Holliman single scoring Calyn Halvorson and then used a leaping catch by Halvorson in right field to preserve the 9-8 win.

Murphy Gienger got the final two outs in the 10th to earn the win out of the Jets; bullpen.

The Jets built an early lead on a 1st inning home run by Halvorson and NOC Enid led 1-0.

NOC Enid then plated a run in the 4th on a single by Ben Lawson scoring Ty Chapman and NOC led 2-0.

The Jets then added a four spot in the 6th as NOC Enid had five hits in the inning.  Ty Chapman, Shea Morrison, Josh Hendricks, Ben Lawson, and Tanner Holliman all had hits to build the Jets' lead,

Murray cut the lead to 6-3 but the Jets answered with two runs on a Blake Scott single and NOC led 8-3.

NOC Enid led Murray State 8-3 before the Aggies rallied for five runs in the 9th but the Jets then countered with the go-ahead run in the 10th.

Thomas Kuykendall struck out 14 in 6 innings of work allowing three runs.  Jack Cline, Jakob Brandenberger, Gunner Phillips, and Gienger worked from the Jets' bullpen.

The Jets (29-30) play at 4 p.m. Sunday.  The Jets will face the either Murray State, UA Rich Mountain, or South Arkansas.
