Cooper Smith hit a 5th inning Grand Slam and Jabe Schlehuber worked a five-inning complete game in an 11-1 Jets win over Des Moines Area Community College in Game 2 of a twinbill on Friday.

Jhett Creel and Owen Tracy had two hits each in Game 2 while Jesse Ponce and Creed Smith drove in two runs each.  

Schlebuber allowed one run on three hits while striking out four.

In Game 1, the Jets lost to DMACC 5-4 as the Bears pushed the go-ahead run across in 7th.

Cooper Smith had two hits for the Jets and started on the mound working three innings.

Ponce and Graham Hylton drove in runs for NOC Enid.

The Jets (9-5) face DMACC in a doubleheader Saturday at 1 p.m.
