NOC Enid opened conference play with a 9-2 win over Carl Albert Friday night.

Cooper Smith had two doubles and four runs batted in and Jesse Slimp worked four scoreless innings in the seven run win.

Daniel Schlehuber worked the first four innings allowing two runs while Slimp allowed just one hit while striking out eight in for innings.

Brandon Pierre and Graham Hylton had two hits each, Owen Tracy had two runs batted in.

NOC (11-6) faces Carl Albert twice on Saturday in seven inning games.
