Jets pound NWOSU JV in sweep

ALVA, Oklahoma -- NOC Enid scored 31 runs Monday in a double header sweep of Northwestern JV in Alva.

The Jets won Game 1, 12-8, and Game 2, 19-4.

In Game 1, NOC built a 10-1 lead and hung on for the 12-8 win.

Cooper Smith and Gage Ninness had three hits each for NOC with Smith driving home four runs.

Graham Hylton and Creed Smith had two hits each.

Christian Estep earned the win allowing one run over three innings of work.  Blake Limberg and Logan May worked from the Jets' pen.

In Game 2, the Jets hit five home runs in a 19-4 rout of the Rangers.

Cooper Smith and Jhett Creel hit two home runs each driving in three runs while Kade Goeke homered and had three rbi's.  Mile Lock had two hits and three runs batted in supporting a 16 hit attack.

Brodie Finlay, Corbin Kwan, and Kale Miller worked from the mound for the Jets in the five inning run rule.
