NOC Enid belted four home runs in a doubleheader sweep of Independence (KS) on Wednesday at Failing Field.  

In Game 2, Taryn Rhodes homered twice and Tylie Ligons once in a 9-7 win.

Rhodes drove home five runs for the Jets while Ligons had three hits and scored two runs.

Paige Castillo allowed four earned runs and struck out 10 in seven innings of work.

In Game 1, Jaycee Foor homered and Camaryn Alexander had two hits in a 6-3 win.

The Jets big inning was the third where the Jets scored four runs.

Molly Dolan earned the win allowing two earned runs over six innings.  Alycyn Nash earned the save for the Jets.

 The Jets (8-7) are at Hesston (KS) on Saturday for a doubleheader.
